上海市汽车维修行业协会
上海市汽车维修行业协会，成立于 2005 年 12 月，为本市汽车维修行业企事业单位自愿组成的跨部门、跨系统、跨所有制的非营利性社会团体法人。
协会现有会员单位 386 家。其中，汽修企业 366 家；汽车综合检测站 20 家；国营企业 94 家；民营企业 41 家；中外合资企业 7 家；股份制企业 244 家；副会长单位 14 家；理事单位 34 家。协会会长单位的年营业收入约达 26 亿元。
协会宗旨 ：
为维护会员合法权益，保障行业公平竞争，沟通会员与政府、社会的联系，促进本市汽车维修行业发展提供服务。
协会业务和服务范围 ：
宣传贯彻国家和本市有关汽车维修、检测行业政策和法规；接受政府委托和授权，参与企业经营资质预审，企业质量信誉考评，行业标准、服务规范和发展规划制订；指导和协调行业价格等；承担行业技术咨询服务、组织从业人员培训、构建诚信机制、发布行业信息和公信证明、调解经济活动中发生的争议和纠纷，维护当事人合法权益；代表行业向有关国家机关或政府部门反映涉及行业利益的事项，提出经济政策和立法建议；制定行规行约，开展自律活动。

Shanghai Automobile Maintenance & Repair Association
Established in Dec.2005, Shanghai Automobile Maintenance & Repair Association is non-profitable, trans-division, trans-system and trans-ownership corporate body organized voluntarily by all the automobile maintenance and repair shops and enterprises in Shanghai .
The Association has 386 members, including366 repair enterprises and 20-comprehension inspecting and testing stations. As for ownership, there are 94 state-run enterprises, 41 private enterprises, 7 Sino-foreign enterprises, and 244 stock enterprises. As for scale, 14 enterprises are ranked as the equivalents of association's vice Chairmen, 34 enterprises as the equivalents of directors on the board, the enterprise ranked as the equivalents of the Association's chairman has an annual business income of about 2.6 billion RMB.
The Association aims to protect the legitimate interests of its members, ensure fair competition for all guilds, facilitate the contract of its members with the government and help develop Automobile maintenance and repair trade in Shanghai .
The Association business and service scope, publicizing all the state and local policies, rules and regulation concerning vehicle maintenance and repair, inspecting and testing service and the importance of their implementation, accepting what we are entrusted with and what we are authorized by the government, taking part in the preliminary examination of the enterprise's running competence, in the assessment of their operating reputation, in the preparation of job standards, service norms and development plan, guiding and coordinating service prices, offering technical counsels, organizing workers to achieve trustworthiness through job training, announcing trade information and credit rating, reconciling controversies and disputes in economic activities, safeguarding the legitimate interests of the party concerned, making known to the government or its related departments its reflection on whatever may harm the interests of the trade and at the same time suggesting economic policies and legislations, formulating trade standards or job norms while unfolding self-disciplining activity.
